Honey Hickory Barbeque Sauce with Shredded Chicken 20 oz (1 lb 4 oz) 567 g Slow-Cooked/Fully Cooked. Microwaveable. Freezable. Keep refrigerated. Important: Do not use container in over or toaster oven. Do not use container for reheating. Because microwaves, stove tops and saucepans differ, you may need to adjust heat and cook times. Microwave Directions: 1. Remove lid. Pull film back slightly to vent steam. Place container on microwaveable plate. 2. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Remove plate with container carefully; place on heatproof surface. Pull film back most of the way. Caution: Container is hot. Be careful to avoid steam. 3. Stir well, and if not hot, re-cover with film and microwave up to 4 minutes longer, stirring every minute. Stove-Top Directions: 1. Empty contents into 2-qwuart saucepan. 2. Cover and heat over Medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Microwave - After stirring, microwave up to 5 min longer. Stove-Top - No changes.
