[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sleek and fast processing phone few months ago and I am already impressed. Phone has 5000 mah super-fast charging battery that lasts really long and at times I don't have to charge during the day with my moderate usage of phone. Browsing is convenient with really fast speed of 5G. Multi lenses clubbed with intelligent camera enables me to take sharp and clear 64MB pictures.. what else is required in a phone!
I purchased this to replace an aging Samsung S series phone. So far I'm happy with it. It works well had great battery life. One of the big selling points for me was the option for expandable storage. The sound quality is clear and I haven't experienced any dropped calls. The navigation is easy to use. As Is transferring data from an old phone is easy to do. The cameras work well. Connecting to the internet is smooth. Depending on your phone/app and browsing usage your battery life will vary. for me on a heavy app or internet usage day I still have about 50% battery life. As with any phone if you have multiple apps/internet browsers open you may experience some hiccups in the phone's performance. The screen quality is good and the color is clear. I wish we had more color options in the US but it's a solid and very sturdy phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a Motorola to the Samsung. The battery charge - operation time is 2 days +. The storage and speed are awesome.
Decent picture and sound is great. But 2 weeks of owning the phone,,, there is something came loose internally. A light shake and you could hear whatever it may be rattling on the inside. Performance is also terrible. It lags just trying to pull up the keyboard. I wanted to like this phone but was a huge let down.
I've had this A53 5g a couple of months, traded in a S20 5g. Like that it still has a SD slot. Does not take many task to bog down the processor. Having absolute hell mating this thing to VPNs. Protocol has to be changed & each one I've tried keep disconnecting & has to be reconnected manually. Never happened on the S20 5g. Build quality is substandard. Seems to be all plastics of some sort. It's light weight, where the S20 5g had some metal & some weight to it. The camera is good. Wish Samsung would have kept SD slots on the S22s. I think one would be ahead to buy used late date S model over a new A53 5g.
