love it and i aint even open it yet

It works great, until it doesn't. This is my 3rd replacement of this exact model in under 2 years. It works well until the same issue arises, which is why the price is a little too high for something with a reoccurring issue. Every one had the same issue where the analog stick ends up starting to drift.

The controller works great, had no issues with the way it works, and the extra features and lights are great! HOWEVER! I strongly recommend you pass this controller up if you have small hands or have any kind of hand pain. SMALL HANDS: Even my friend, whose hands are just short of twice the size of mine, struggled to reach the sticks while gripping the controller normally. I believe most people will have to stretch and contort to hit all of the buttons. HAND PAIN: As I mentioned, you're likely gonna do some mild stretching and contorting using this thing. That alone will hurt you if you've got some hand pain already. Now, add on the fact that the controller is considerably heavy. It kind of has to be to have working lights on top of its other special features. But that weight makes just holding it hurt a bit more, and stretching hurt way more. Speculation: I'm not a doctor, but I could definitely see long-term use of this causing even healthy hands to have some issues, or at least have them develop sooner than a lighter, easier-to-use alternative would have caused. Regardless, if you do have problems with your hands, I can say from experience this controller will hurt like crazy in no time. SUMMARY: Great controller with cool features, had no issues mechanically with it, but be wary if you have small hands or any kind of hand pain you don't want getting worse,

The lady who helped us with the return was rude and threw the controller. But she gave us the money for returning it . Due to the fact we brought the wrong remit . But honestly it makes me want a Nintendo switch . But over all my husband and myself where happy with the return.
