I'm not happy with this purchase since the A/C package as well as the unit came damaged. The box was torn and the packaging materials inside were broken (see pictures). In addition, the A/C unit was dented on right and left sides toward the rear, and the plastic casing in the front, lower right corner of the unit was cracked. The A/C unit was operational though so I did not return it due to the immediate need for the unit and the hassle of bringing the 80 pound package back to the store. “Handle with care” (written on the package) was definitely not followed.
I really like this a/c. It cools down my bedroom beautifully and quickly. It is not as quiet as I thought it would be, but, it is doable.
We love this wonderful unit. It cools the entire apartment.
