Meta Appetite Control Dietary Supplement Smoothie Enhancer, Unflavored 21.70 oz

I am always looking for a product that will keep me full between meals without a lot of calories, and is all-natural. I thought this would be the perfect fit for me. The reality could not be further from the truth. The directions say to stir it in to 8 ounces of cold juice or smoothie " as you would make it". No. If you do not put the product in a shaker bottle, it will not dissolve completely. No way can you simply stir this in. If you do not drink your beverage with in 5 minutes, you are left with a chunky gelatinous mess that is disgusting to look at, and even more difficult to swallow. In addition, you lose a lot of the product on the sides of the container, which is a waste. I used mine in mango lemonade. it turned the color from yellow to pond scum green, and it tasted like cardboard as it went down. It did keep me regular, but not satisfied between meals. the only benefit I can say it had was that it lined my stomach and kept my GERD in check. I recently receive the smoothie enhancer product for free from Meta®. I was happy to try out this product as I have been on a blueberry smoothie kick lately. After a morning jog in the park with a few of my best friends, I invited the group over to my place for a smoothie. I added the Meta® smoothie enhancer, without telling the group. After we finished I asked everyone how they liked the mid morning pick me up. Everyone reported feeling fuller and enjoyed the thicker texture the Meta® enhanced smoothie. I think anyone that has any issues with appetite control or needs more fiber in their diet should try this product. I love to mix it with juice. My favorite is cran-grape. You have to drink it fast or it thickens up but as long as the juice is cold it hasn't been an issue for me ! Thanks META for sending this product to me to review and test for FREE !!! I must say that when I got this I had my doubts,but when I first started using it in my smoothies the first time,I was very pleased and then the second time and so on...I was very impressed! It actually worked at controlling my appetite and it is amazing!! I got my husband to use it as well and it worked for him also. We started off 1 time a day and worked up to 2 times during times that we would have the urge or craving for snacks, it didn't alter or change the taste of our smoothies. Like many women I am always looking for ways to lose weight and be healthy. The Metamucil smoothie enhamcer has helped me by keeping me feeling full longer. It does have a bit of a sour taste so it will add to the flavor of whatever it's being mixed into. Overall it has been bery satisfying while giving me a nice daily dose of fiber.
