The packets are easy to carry in your pocket, purse or backpack! Simply add powder to water and shake it up. The taste is mild with a hint of salty. The water feels almost silky when drinking. My daughter uses these when she plays beach volleyball in the summer to keep her nice and hydrated in the Texas heat! Highly recommend!

This one, however, is actually very enjoyable! The flavor is surprisingly really good and I have no problems casually drinking it simply for extra hydration, when I'm working out, or on a trip! It turns your water a lemon yellow color. They provide you with easy access to electrolytes, vitamins, and just helps you to feel refreshed. I'm super happy with the outcome of using this and will most likely buy more in the future! I love how they make my body feel and they're a great value for what you're getting out of it. They're also very quick ad easy to use for convenience.
