Fisher-Price Evolve High Chair

got here quick so far so good.

The tray has a curve towards the baby's belly that makes it too tight to slide the baby into the high chair to sit. I believe it is a design issue that makes it unpractical. The tray curve should have been away from the belly to make more room for the baby! My baby is average. He started to use it from 6 months old and he is one year old now. But the use of the high chair has got harder. He resists to slide into it from its narrow opening. To sit, I hold him behind the tray and my husband pulls his legs down under the tray. So you need someone's help and the baby always cries as he can't sit easily. I wish I could have returned this product. But I bought it when I was pregnant and it was too late to return it when we started to use it and came across this issue.

Very bulky, for very small kid

It's not the best quality but it works and isn't huge like other high chairs. It was easy to assemble and meets all the things i was looking for: folding, washable pad, 5 point harness and converts into a booster seat for use as they get older. My only complaints are that the tray is sometimes hard to pull of if you don't do it just right and I wish it would fold up a bit more...it doesn't get much smaller when folded, but it's not that,bug to begin with. Others have mentioned that thr pad is really thing which is true but has never been an issue. Though i havent done this yet, i love that the high back can detach for when they are older, turning it into more of a chair that can be pulled up to a table.

Great seat, it's light and sturdy. Fits perfectly up to our standard size table so we can eat as a family. 2 things I would change, the tray requires 2 hands to put on and remove. A one handed tray release would be pretty nice since I don't have one. The second thing, the seat is for small children. My baby is small so she shouldn't have a problem fitting for a long time but she was 5 lbs at birth, a large baby would out grow this rapidly. For my family, this is a great chair and should continue to be one into the toddler years since it turns into a toddler chair.
