This drink tasted really good and it was the first option just to go the safe way for my first time having a protein shake. Definitely recommend for those who want to have a small step to having a healthy diet. I like to drink it in the mornings when I have this drink and recently as a snack because it is late and I was a bit hungry but also thirsty. The drink tastes pretty good, like the ones made for kids but you can taste the vanilla and some perhaps some milk too. I would try the other flavors but so far Vanilla is pretty pretty good. Drinking it in the morning is good because it clears your stomach(if you know what i mean) and it helps to not eat so much or be so hungry. I usually don't eat in the mornings due to not enough time but when I don't and I have this drink, it helps me save money by not buying any food until 12:30pm. Overall a 10/10 (5/5 stars)

This protein drink tastes really good. I wish they sold it in multipacks instead of just singles.
