Brother - ADS-2700W Wireless High-Speed Duplex Desktop Color Document Scanner with Touchscreen LCD - White

This scanner will only attach to Microsoft outlook or Windows mail. I even contacted customer support to make sure I understood clearly that this brand new scanner couldn't perform this simple task of attaching a scan to the email software we use. Get the Epson ES-400 instead. It's DocCapture software is great.

I purchased the Brother scanner for my business and its been great! The clarity of the scanned documents is excellent and the speed is exceptional! I'm not computer savvy but the ease of installation was within my grasp so thank you! You make an excellent product...

it is difficult to type full scanned file name. it is cumbersome type a character on the scanner. i wish it had the feature to pickup file name from computer. it does not scan to flash drive in the computer but on the scanner itself.

This is a fine scanner -- a real workhorse. My only gripe is the difficulty in locating and purchasing supplies, i.e. pickup roller from its website. The website needs maintenance!

Uploading documents to Evernote used to be simple with another brand scanner/software, but I have found, even after tech support, that the included software, iPrint&Scan, is clunky, unreliable. My experience using the software with Evernote has been disappointing. I am actually using a phone app instead for tax season.
