BRIDGESTONE POTENZA S-02A P275/40R18 99Y BSW SUMMER TIRE

I have about 2k km onthis new set of tires and I am very happy with cornering and overall comfort. Tires will not slip unless you maybe get reckless. Therears seam to develop a bit of a flat spot if left parked for over a week but as soon as the tires warm up after a few kilometers, the come back to normal. Comfort level is surprisingly acceptable. Great tire and I would definitely pick up another set in the future.

I have had potenza 02A N3s on the rear for 6000 miles and they ----. Immediately noticed how much worse they were than the 02 N2s. Noisy and Loose. I am glad they are worn out and look forward to getting a set of N2s back on the car. N2s are like riding on rails.

I bought these tires because I owned a previous set of SO2s and was very satisfied. These are my street tires; for track tires I run Michelin Pilot sport cups

My car is bone stock, its is my daily driver all year around, and I also do about 10-12 DE events and 8-10 autocross events per season. So far this year,three of the DE events Ive attended were conducted in the pouring rain during at least some of the sessions. These tires were exceptional in the rain: hard braking from 110-125 mph at the end of straights, through sharp turns, kinks, carousels, etc., etc. Lap after lap, the tires performed predictably and consistently. Nothing squirrely, no hydroplaning, no surprises, just point and go. Ive also been able to keep up with newer cars equipped with dedicated track tires, and believe me, its the tires, not the drivers! In addition, the treadware improvement with these tires, compared to the two sets of P-Zeros I had previously, is significant. I absolutely would recommend them.

Still too early to tell how long they will last but tire wear is even. Tires like higher than normal air pressure for improved steering response and turn-in.
