I have tried several types of shampoos, conditioners and leave in sprays and I do believe this is one of the better ones I've tried. You don't need a lot of shampoo to create a great lather which I like. I'd say about a dime size to quarter size will be enough to create a great lather. It has a nice smell but is not a floral smell nor over powering smell. My husband says it is kind of woodsy smelling and I'm not sure what to call the smell. The conditioner leaves the hair smooth and not tangled, you can pull your fingers through your hair without them being caught in the strands. About a quarter size to half dollar size is all that is needed for the conditioner. I have shoulder length hair that I would consider normal type hair, not to thick nor thin. The leave in spray is an addition that I like as it kept my hair from tangling when it gets windblown. My hair does feel thicker with the use of this shampoo and not heavy and keeps it's style. I'd say that you probably would need to use it several times to get the actual benefit of the thickening agent as I didn't notice much difference after using it once.l I wash my hair usually every second to third day as I do not like to dry my hair out. You could probably use this on a daily basis if that is your usual routine. Pros -- 1. don't need much to create a great lather dime size should do for shoulder length hair 2. don't need much conditioner quarter size should do shoulder length hair 3. leave in spray keeps hair feeling silky 4. no floral smell and husband approved 5. bottle is easy to operate with a push down lid and easy to get shampoo and conditioner out Cons -- 1 at this point can't find any to mention Yes I would recommend this shampoo, conditioner and leave in spray set to anyone whether you want thicker hair or not. I would buy this product and would recommend to family and friends.

I have long, thin hair, but it tends to get greasy very quickly. So I try to stay away from shampoos/conditioners with too much moisture. I have been searching for a nice thickening shampoo/conditioner set that will get the job done without weighing it down with products. I use the shampoo on my entire head and let it sit for 2 minutes before I rinse. It's always good to let the product stay in your hair for a bit to get the full benefits. Then, I condition my hair. I put more conditioner at the bottom which is where I need the most moisture since I use heat tools like a curling iron and blow dryer. I leave this for at least 3 minutes while I wash my body, face, and do other things. I just put it in and clip my hair up w/ a clip. My hair feels soft. It feels fuller and smells great! I also enjoy the leave-in spray. I only put it on my ends as well since my roots doesn't need any additional moisture. My hair looks better now. I would buy this again! I love the gift set. I plan to give it away to others for the holidays :-)

Honestly, I am always very leary when I see a hair product that claims to thicken your hair but I was pleasantly surprised by the HASK Biotin Boost Thickening Shampoo, Conditioner, and 5in1 Leave-In Spray 3pc. Collection. I have Hypothyroidism and my hair has thinned and is constantly falling out. I have used the 3 products daily for the past week and my hair hasn't been this thick, shiny and healthy looking in years. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You have a customer for life. The other nice thing is that I don't have you use a ton of shampoo or conditioner, just a nickle size amount is perfect. I also love the fact that it is made with natural ingredients. The only negative that I can say, and this is just my opinion, I am not a fan of the fragrance. It just has a weird smell to it. That will not stop me from purchasing it in the future. The shampoo ansd conditioner smell very good. I have short thin hair. It only took a dime size of shampoo to get lots of lather. I used a little more conditioner. I feel my hair has a lot more body she looks fuller. I live in a very humid area and my hair has held its style all week. The leave in conditioner left my hair a little greasy looking at first. But used the second day with a much lighter spray and was much better so a little goes a long way.

Hask leaves my hair soft smooth and no heavy feeling. Botb shampio and conditio er rinse out easily, and leave a clean smell. No heavy fragrance no tangled mess. The meave in conditioner doesn't weigh my hair down -very important. Also I have fairly sensitive skin and Hask does nit cause me any problems. A definite buy.
