The packaging of the lip balm made it more appealing. The scent is mild, ingredients are good, the texture is lipstick consistency. The effectiveness is excellent & it's definitely value for money.

I was squeezing really hard to get the product out. Instead of coming out from the tip, it exploded out of the bottom. I think this product is actually having a drying effect on my lips shortly after I apply it. I've been trying to be frugal and use the rest, but It's just not worth it. I'm going to throw away the rest. There are so many better products to choose from.

This lip balm has a nice consistency, and makes my lips feel heavily. Moisturized. The problem is that it is too thick to be squeezed out. I squeezed it so hard the bottom completely popped and it went everywhere. If the packaging was fixed, I would totally recommend.

I bought this lip gloss twice. The first time about a month ago. When I went to squeeze the tube the end bursted open and lip balm went everywhere. I ended up getting some again as a gift from someone and was actually able to use it once, the second time I went to use it the same thing happened. I'm very disappointed, and would not recommend this product to anyone

The packaging doesn't work. This is a thick lip balm which I love and it smells amazing but the applicator doesn't allow the product to come out. I have to seriously squeeze the tube for just a little to come out. I would buy again if the applicator was changed.
