a tire torn after the first small ride, uncomfortable, overpriced

I was able to enjoy one ride and then the shifter cable came loose. The Huffy premise for an inexpensive commuter bike is good, but some of the components are much too low end.

instructions on assembly are totally incomprehensible - I needed to pay someone $60 to assemble, the one inner tube was punctured and needed replace, gears were out of place, and fender dented. It is a good bike, once you get beyond that.

only problem I have with this bike is the front grear assembly. after 2 days of use gear does not shift from 2 to 3 but 2 and 1 works fine. Other than that its a good bike. I bike 5 miles to work every day and serves the purpose.
