This is a good video for beginners. I liked this video because the instructor goes over a few steps and then start from the beginning again to help you remember the moves by repetition. I also like that he talks you through each move and you can clearly see both his hand and feet movement. This video also includes an AM workout.

The video i recieved is not the one that i ordered. It has the same title, but not the same content. The one I ordered has am and pm routines and is 70 minute run time. What I got is am only and 55 minute run time. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to using it. Now I have to try and return.

I was very excited to try this video, but ended up wishing I could return it. I was surprised that they did not understand that they did not understand the basics of how to cue for video. He was saying going right, but since you are facing the TV he is moving in the opposite direction. It made it very difficult to follow as you on his visual cues, but he is moving in the other direction. I had a hard time an I have taught group classes. I bought the Qigong one too and now I'm afraid this will have the same problem.

I gave this to my father as a gift and he loves it! He really seems to enjoy learning T'ai Chi!
