Works well. Reasonable price. Walmart protection plan for only $2 provides assurance. Only shortcoming to note: Thigh vibrator makes an annoying whining sound at lowest speed.

The massager does what it says it will do, the only downfall I have found so far is with the remote control. I purchased this for my elderly father but we found that since the remote has slide control buttons rather than push buttons, it was very difficult for him to slide each and every button into the proper position in order to achieve the comfort he was looking for. He had another massager previously that unfortunatly had quit working which had push button controls and he was able to operate that type with much greater ease.

I've only had it for about a week, but so far so good. It's not like a deep massage, but it's enough to make you feel good when your back is hurting, and I find the heat is just right - not too hot so that I have to turn it off after 10 minutes like the one I used to have. For the price it's a bargain (as long as it keeps working). I've been repeatedly straining my back working outside, so I have it on my recliner and use it as needed. I like it and I'd buy it again.
