Not much to it, a big pillow in the shape of a C. It is comfortable and the right size. I have not had any problems with it.

If you like sleeping with a lot of pillows like one under your head, along your back and between your legs, this is pefect! You don't have to be pregnant to get one, they are awesome for everyone! Woohoo!
