LEGO - Super Heroes 1989 Batwing 76161

I settled on this after failing to get the Batmobile before it retired. I gotta say this one was kind of boring. It did not have the same aha moments or joy that my R2D2 or Ecto 1 gave me. The finished product is nice looking but was an overall miss for me. Still rated it as Good as the Batman fan in me is enjoying the nostalgia.

This was by far the best Lego build. The ship is way bigger than I initially though it would be, and it's solid. Absolutely beautiful and wonderfully detailed. It's a must buy for any Lego collector or any fan of the movie. I just hope they bring back the 1989 Batmobile as I missed out on that and it'd complete my little collection

Just ok. Product looks nice when hung or displayed BUT the build quality is quite poor IMO. The back flat pieces which basically hold the structure together does not fit, click or have been engineered good enough. I had to literally tape the back pieces together to keep them from falling apart….a most frustrating and irritating process. Once the unit is complete there is no playing or even touching it as the pieces are held together quite fragile. It is not engineered well but looks cool. I give it 3 out of 5 stars considering the price, the build quality, ease of play and overall aesthetic. Lego has products out there that are a better value proposition.

The build of this lego set was very fun and it took me a good amount of time. I like how detailed it is and it is a very good price for how big this set was. There was one missing pieces but I was easily able to replace it with a identacle piece.
