Not working for me, still getting the same results,but of course this is my first box.

These have helped cut down on my hot flashes, especially my night sweats. Just don't skip a dose, because it will have to build back up in your system. It takes about two to four weeks to start working properly, and then they are AMAZING!

If you're dealing with hot flashes %26 other menopause symptoms this really lessens the frequency, severity, and the amount of time you deal with such issues. It takes time to start working, tho. You have to stick with it. For me, I tried it for 3 months %26 at first I thought it really wasn't doing enough, so I stopped using it. HUGE mistake! I truly started suffering again like 10 - 20 hotflashes daily! It was then that I truly noticed how few hotflashes I was dealing with everday. At first it started lessening them to 5-10 hotflashes (approx) in the first 6 months. I've now been using this religiously since 2020 and I might have 1-5 hotflashes a week! Sometimes, none at all. The real trick is building up the Black Cohosh in your body. I also take a mega multi vitamin that has Black Cohosh in it and another Menopause Ease supplement by Piping Rock, to increase the Black Cohosh and now my menopause symptoms are almost nonexistent. I no longer have night sweats either. Know that every woman is different, but I can honestly say sticking with this product over the last 4 years has been greatly beneficial for me.

Let me be really clear - despite turning 50 this year, I consider myself to be young at heart. My mindset is still for the most part the same as it's been for decades, with the added bonus of wisdom and knowledge. So, when I stopped having my period a few years ago, I thought, "Cool - one les hassle." And I figured that was that. Then this year happened, and I really thought I was very sick, or possibly losing my mind. I've always been a bit easy to get overheated, but suddenly I was bathed in sweat without much effort. And nights? Holy cow! I was on fire and couldn't get restful sleep at all. I asked several friends and one told me point blank, "You are going through the change, that's all." But this one seemed to have all the same ingredients as the more costly ones, abs you only have to take one pill per day. So I got it, hoping hard that it wouldn't be a waste of money. I hassle a little when they says you might have to take it for several weeks before noticing an improvement. Now, I don't know why it took me so long to get symptoms. I ando can't say for sure other people will get my results. But in my case, I noticed a marked change in about 10 days. If I were feeling a good friend, I would say to start here. If nothing else, at least you won't be out $20 or $30 other brands charge at the outset. But I believe in this product. I'll keep using it. Hope this is helpful information.
