A good meal replacement is a great source of protein and provides a great amount of vitamins and minerals. Smooth rich texture. Taste wasn't bad. I think i would like better in another flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect meal replacement or nutrition supplement, especially for those who need to gain weight after an illness, as it's loaded with 360 calories, 4g fiber, and 14g protein.Added bonus that it's gluten free, kosher, and has no lactose. Nice creamy chocolate flavor made even better when I used it instead of milk to make shakes for my husband who recently had neck surgery & was on a soft foods diet due to swallowing issues. Definitely have this on my shopping list until he's back on a normal diet.
