I have ended up having a small blister or just hard skin there. I got the Dr. Scholl's molefoam padding and it has been a game changer for me. It provides great support and has helped me achieve my everyday step goal without any pain. It also feels very comfortable and took me a couple of times to find the right way to place it in my shoes. I will highly recommend this.

I have a pronating foot that has pressure points that rub on my shoes. This item helped to relieve most of that pressure. The thickness and softness is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these as a sample for filling out a review from Tryit. I literally just got new shoes and was having to break them in. My poor heel and pinky toe was being rubbed raw. I easily cut a piece of the foam and wrapped it around my toe and stuck a piece to the back of my heel. They made it bearable to wear my new shoes all day and break them in at the same time. I'd definitely buy these again!
