Cables solid when secured with the set screw, they're not going anywhere. Exactly what I needed to give a little more play to reach battery terminal.

Picked up one of these to replace an older one of the same thing. They changed the set screw from a flat head to philips which made it easier to tighten. Seems to work great so far!

I bought this to replace terminal ends that had become corroded on a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The positive terminal splits in two so this helped to make it easy. There seems to be a bit of a QC issue as two of the units I purchased were not assembled correctly and ended up needing to be replaced. When purchasing in store, be sure to tug on the ends of each wire to make sure they are properly adhered to the block. The rubber sleeve that then covers the block was also an issue for me, it was not long enough to properly cover the sensitive areas of the product. With that being said, on my final installation of this product I was sure to use electrical tape to properly cover and seal all areas that would have been otherwise exposed had I not. Since ensuring I had it properly installed, I have not had a single issue. This is a much cheaper alternative than having a dealer or shop perform a much more complicated repair. I'd recommend so long as you are comfortable cutting wire and performing repairs independently

Needs a serious set screw with fine thread and a hex key head rather than a poorly formed slot screw. The post terminal is weak and thin. For a few dollars more well made similar products are available both retail and online at auto parts locations.
