Most people steer away from suppositories but when liquid products do not help or are not quick enough, this is an easy pain free solution. It definitely worked to clear my constipation quickly and gently. I would recommend. I receive this item free in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was so-so-maybe it is because it isnt something am use to for "that" kind of ailment--the product itself was a little hard to use (again could be because not use to that kind of thing)--and little messy--however it did work well for the condition-glad it was a trial sample because unfortunately I would not buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly thought these would be like the regular wax-type suppositories, but they are not. For lack of a better way of putting it, they are kind of like mini-enemas. If you are familiar with what a regular Fleet enema looks like, imagine it shrunk down to maybe 1/8 the size. The insertion method is exactly the same. I used it after a bout of constipation that while not painful, was kind of annoying after almost 3 days. It says it should work within the hour, but for me it worked immediately. So I do suggest you are near your toilet when you do it. What I liked was it was truly a one shot deal-i had my bowel movement, and that was that. I did not have to worry about having to go another time, nor any kind of leakage, extra water,etc. So if you're looking for gentle, mild relief from run of the mill constipation, and are not directed to do a full enema by your physician, this is a good option to oral laxatives or the wax suppositories, which can be messy and sometimes break. There are four to a box, which is plenty and if you need more you should probably discuss your digestion with your doctor. Also, I must note there was no cramping, just that "I gotta go feeling." It also may be a good option for someone who is fearful or shy about doing an enema for the first time--I know I was when I had to do one before a procedure years ago, now I know as awkward as it is, it does not cause me any distress like a laxative does i.e. it is pretty predictable.
