While it cleans the chunks of food off of my dishes, it leaves a noticeable residue on the dishes that I can actually taste. This is a particular problem when it comes to plastic and silicone that has gone through the dishwasher. My son has refused to drink his bottles because they tasted like soap... My scrambled eggs were ruined because I stirred them with a silicone spatula. You do not need this in your life.

I love not only the color of the bottle, but also the price and quality of this dishwasher detergent. I shop at Walmart for this particular item, often buying several at once, again, because nothing at the other stores at all compares in cost, and all the other packaging is actually ugly. I may soon also buy a mammoth jug of Walmart dish soap because the “Guava” color is so incredibly attractive.

awful quality, watered down product. doesn't get dishes clean, leaves residue/film on everything.does nothing to cut grease. leads to dishwasher build up too. switched to name brand (cascade) %26 now don't have these issues, so the common denominator was this product %26 not our dishwasher.

This works as well as Cascade or any other name brand (for me). I will add I do prewash my dishes (I know, I know advertisements say it's not necessary but I place dishes/cups in the dishwasher more to sanitize than to clean). I have used Cascade, Finish and others and I always come back to this. My dishes come out shiny and clean looking. Truly a great value.

I have been using the 2 top named brand dishwashing pacs and pods for years. I heard liquid was better for dishwashers, also wanted to see if I could cut cost, and decided to give this a shot. Marketing is such a scam with "upgrades" like pro, platinum, ultimate, and so on. If their brand is so good, why do you need 4 or 5 "better" versions? How good is their original brand really? It turns out plain generic liquid dishwasher detergent with a clean dishwasher is the way to go. (Yes, everyone should clean the filter baskets in their dishwashers at least twice a year, more if your dishes aren't scraped well before loaded.) We have been using Equate liquid and rinse aid for about 6 months now and our dishes look just as clean as before. No film or water stains. Glasses are clear and never cloudy. I won't waste my money on other dishwashing detergents, pacs or pods again. Great size bottle for a fantastic price.
