I love this brand of all their vitamins. Magnesium is so healthy for you and these vitamins don't have any aftertaste is magnesium is very effective and it's very effective.
It's magnesium, nothing special. Pills don't have a bad taste. They are quite large but that's expected. Packaging is the same as all the other bottles from this brand.
Have been using and bought more today. Can't tell if it helps. After reading ingredients I found this brand uses Magnesium Oxide; cheapest type. Magnesium Glycinate is a better buy for effectiveness.
At home, we have been taking magnesium 500mg for a long time. Nature's Bounty are easy to swallow because they are no big pills. Don't have any smell or after taste and they are easy to find in stores.
