(2 pack) Premier Protein Shake, Caramel, 30g Protein, 11 fl oz, 12 Ct

Premier Protein shakes product have been my go to choice for many years. it is a quick and easy supplement to grab on short notice. i have tried other liquid supplements, both generic and name brand. I have come to rely on it to hold back hunger until I can get something more substantial. Great taste, especially cold. Oh, and I freeze for trips, and it taste even better on thawing-like a milkshake.

For me it's mainly worth getting the 12-pack bc I'm paying less per container, and I drink at least 1 per day. Individually priced is more expensive especially at other stores. It's great as a quick breakfast or any other meal if you're in a hurry. Even though the taste is just a bit sweeter than what I would prefer, it's still a good taste and not offensive , at least not to me. It's low sugar- I think it has an artificial sweetener but that is a minor disadvantage compared to all the advantages it has: high protein and vitamins, not severely high calorie, good taste, priced within my budget, and supposedly the latte flavor has caffeine but I don't feel it. But I like the latte flavor at least.

All Protein drinks are pricey, and I DO like Premiere Protein brand. This one was a bit much for me, in that the caramel taste isn't one of my faves, I guess. Perhaps mixing it with another flavor??? I don't know. That being said, it IS a good product, and I continue to purchase other flavors. Mix it with vanilla ice cream and yum!

Whilst I am very off put by the recent price increases of Premier's products, they remain the most enjoyable. However I am vehemently seeking replacements. I enjoy the Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake over ice with 3 tsp of Starbucks Instant Blonde Roast, a TSP of Nestle Blonde Espresso, 1/4 cup frothed skim milk. That is my morning coffee substitute. On occasion for extra protein I'll whip a vanilla protein powder into the mix. For fall SF Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup. Your flavor imagination is your friend!! So is a milk frother. Enjoy.

This is my favorite flavor as I love coffee. Also, with the coffee flavor this doesn't seem as sweet as the other flavors. Basically, all of these protein shakes are way too sweet in my opinion. To help combat that a little I make sure they're really cold, shake vigorously and drink as quickly as possible. Chocolate is the other flavor I purchase. They don't taste artificial like the fruity ones. This brand is smooth, not gritty or have bits of thickener floating about, which is gross.
