Not too firm, not too loose, great as a pillow to keep between your legs and arms for side sleepers, bought a heavy weave king size pillow case and upped the rigidity a tad. I may add more foam at some point if it flattens out too much. Bought one for dad and daughter who both also have hip, knee, ankle issues when sleeping. Good value.

I actually took this pillow back to Walmart!!! My Orthopedic Doctor told me if I slept with a body pillow it would help my realign my back!!! I have been using a body pillow for 26 years since I was in a car accident!!! This pillow might work for some people!!! This pillow is perfect for my son's needs. After his brain surgery, he was told to avoid sleeping on his right side. During the night, he would often turn over onto his right side without realizing it. Having this pillow there now keeps him from doing that.

I have had this pillow for about a week. Really like it. It has kept its shape so far. Very comfortable.

I ordered the body pillow as a Christmas gift. I haven't tried the pillow out as it is a gift. However, it did arrive quickly and in good condition and I hope my son will like it.
