Whirlpool - 24.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator - Black Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased one year ago, at 6 months needed to change the water filter. Followed directions to do so and the water did not turn off when I removed the filter. It flooded the refrigerator and my kitchen before I could get the fridge moved to shut off the water. It's been downhill since then. Multiple service calls, one person says nothing is wrong, someone else says the temperatures are wrong, another says it's just fussy.

After seeing so many positive reviews bought this fridge but after working for two weeks suddenly stopped working because of some issue which cannot be repaired, so replaced with a new one. The new again after working for a month got into another issue where the PCB for inside light functioning got damaged and is now waiting for it to be replaced. Now as the three month replacement period is over I can only wait for the technician to come and repair the new fridge rather than getting the fridge replaced.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are very happy with this fridge. We bought it to replace a similarly featured Samsung model. We were initially concerned that the space between the bottom of the vegetable drawer, and the bottom of the fridge would be wasted, but we are quite happy with it because it allows us to store larger items like fruit, platters, pizza boxes, etc. underneath. We particularly like the two button dispenser for ice and water.the measured water option is very accurate and quite useful. Our only concern with it is is that it's a fair bit louder than our old fridge was.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are mostly very happy with our new Whirlpool, our first new fridge in over twenty years. We love the French doors and the lower freezer, as well as the ability to place wider dishes easily inside if need be. We are also enjoying the grab'n'go drawer. We are still, after two months, figuring our the best way to organize though. In terms of criticisms, we wish there was a separate ice container to hold ice inside that isn't going directly into a glass. We also feel that a redesign should include a trap or drain under the ice and water dispenser. As it stands now, when ice melts that is left in the tray, the water just sits there until someone cleans it up. It would be helpful if it could drain to avoid that situation. Otherwise, all good.
