[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean sleek look on the counter. Heats up quickly and has plenty of extra capacity. Really like the single/double burner. The exhaust fan is quiet and draws efficiently. Easy to wipe clean since the controls are all on one side and are level with the burner tops. Low profile fan housing cover also makes it easy to clean. My only negative comment would be that the fan filter does not cover the fan opening completely. There is about a 2 inch open gap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fit perfect in the hole that the jen-air left. This new stove top makes our kitchen look new. We love the clean black look. Went online and ordered proper cleaning products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop scratches much more easily than the old one we had (same model from KitchenAid). Also, does not have the double ring heating element like the old model. Expensive and not as good as the old one. Who knew?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with the cooktop. Only disappointment is that the black finish on the downdraft insert is already showing signs of deterioration. (Will try to attach a photo)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still having trouble learning to cook on this cooktop. I don't like that I have a burner that gets too hot too fast, even on the lowest setting, that's it's impossible to cook on. It's very difficult to clean. I'm still NOT happy with this cooktop, but am willing to agree that there is a learning curve.
