LG - 6,000 BTU 115V Window Air Conditioner with Remote Control - White

I purchased this AC for the upstairs room that i sleep in.. This unit DEFINITELY cools off the room, almost too good, but I'm not complaining- just turned it up a bit. Its easy to install, coming from a female and its SUPER quiet.

A/C unit delivered to address supplied that was different from purchaser's address on file. Person receiving unit has not yet gotten it installed, so functional characteristics are, as yet, unassessed.

I really like the remote control capabilities, and I like that.It's energy saver so that we don't have to continue to shut it off , and on it shuts off when it's at the right temperature , I recommend this unit

Cooled the room nicely but the rattling noises were unbearable when the compressor fired up. I spent a lot of time moving it around, adding foam padding, reinstalling, etc but couldn't get the rattling to stop. I've had many, many window ACs in the past and have never heard anything like this. LG is usually great but this unit is terrible. Going to return.

This unit came damaged. The fan blade was hitting the inside of the unit from the warped rod that it was attached to. I will say that the delivery driver dropped the unit pretty hard so I'm not sure if this is the cause. I did return it to Walmart.
