Frigidaire - 26.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless steel

I like the style of this refrigerator but I have had this same problem with the wheels breaking off on the crisper drawers. Also the icemaker often makes a very loud buzzing noise that sounds rather dangerous. In addition the indicator light for the water dispenser has gone out. I bought this refrigerator less than two years ago, the quality has been disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer section is spacious. The design of the fridge itself is not very efficient. For example, both fridge doors have to be wide open in order to fully open the deli tray. The black finish on the stainless steel scratches easily. Be careful if you use magnets on the front doors because they will get scratched when dragged. Not as fingerprint resistant as advertised, but easily cleanable with a clean damp cloth. The top of the doors are slightly not aligned but barely noticeable. Overall it looks great in the kitchen and quiet. The shelves can be rearranged to suit your needs. My favorite part is the freezer section, I love that the second tray is not a solid plastic tray and almost as deep as the main tray.

We have had this fridge for less than two years, the ice maker worked for about 2 months and has worked on and off since. It will only produce about one glass worth of ice each time it runs and now water will not even run though the line to the ice maker to fill the tray. Such a hassle to get someone to fix something that should not be broken.

A shelf has broken, the door doesn't close, and the wheels have broken off of one of the drawers. I would expect better quality for the amount this appliance costs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I really liked this refrigerator when I first got it, but within 2 1/2 months of owning it, the compressor has gone out. I'm currently waiting on the new one to arrive so the repair company can fix it. On the plus side, the Frigidaire customer service folks were very nice and quick to get me a service call appointment.
