I had the 2012 model of this stroller which I LOVED. Unfortunately, it had a recall. I added the recall repair parts as instructed, but then one popped off. I called Britax and was very pleasantly surprised when the customer service rep said they wanted to exchange my stroller for a NEW one! OK! Fast forward to the new (replacement) stroller. This is not the same stroller, my husband commented that it was like going from driving a car that turns on a dime to a mack truck. The new one will not turn. The collapsing mechanism still works like a charm (with one hand!), it is light weight and easy to carry, but pushing a child in this stroller is work, work, work.

I got this stroller about 6 weeks ago, the store was out of the 2014 model, and we ordered 2015 from the website. I was concerned about the new model, I had not seen it in person but the store manager assured me I would love it. I do love it except for one very important thing, the FRONT WHEEL. Its almost impossible to steer. It gets stuck every time you try to turn it. I am looking to return it, its impossible to get around large groups of ppl at sporting events or shopping in stores. I am at a loss, I wont keep using this stroller when its this hard to use.

This was given to me as a gift. It looks great easy to fold up stroller when traveling alone. The biggest downfall is that the wheels do not drive straight. Very annoying and not worth getting if it doesn't drive straight very hard to steer it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I purchased this model as a travel system shortly after it's Manufactured date 12/2014 and I have no serious complaints. This stroller is light weight, easy to fold, easy to stand up right, and is a smooth ride. I am able to push with one finger if necessary. I do wish the stroller would come with a child's cup tray (although you can purchase separately) and one for adults. I love the large hovering canopy, the extension to which the seat reclines, the ability to lock the wheels in place or simply for forward motion push (which helps older yet still young siblings to push without wavering). The large zip pocket is good for holding phones, gloves, individual diapers, a small pack of wipes and keys all at once. This pocket is also sufficient to hold documents/a thin folder. I haven't used the bottom basket, but it should at least hold the average diaper bag and a shopping bag or two from Mall stores. All in all I am satisfied with the purchase.

My family LOVES this stroller. We use it everywhere, even as a jogging stroller. The cargo area underneath is quite spacious, and if you get the cup holder bag that goes on the handle, that carries pretty much anything you'll need close at hand. Now for my couple of minor complaints that resulted in only 4 stars instead of 5. First off is the tray accessory... it sets up to high and too far away for most kids to use easily. Our son is 3 1/2 and still has to stretch to barely reach anything on it. Next is cleaning... kids get stuff dirty, always! It's hard for me to imagine why a company that makes such great kid products would make a stroller where you can't just pull off the fabric parts and throw them in the washing machine! It is very difficult to take this thing apart and even more difficult to get back together, and is still only hand washable. Really? Ain't nobody got time fo dat!
