Broan - Glacier 30" Convertible Range Hood - Stainless Steel

I really like the bright LED lights but really dislike the switches. Half the time I can't tell if they are supposed to be touch sensitive or pressure. I have to tap/press them multiple times for it to register once. Wish I had gone with real buttons or rocker switches.

Love the range hood but to omit the possibility of selecting other LED light color is pretty lame. All my lights in my kitchen run Day Light (5000K) but the range hood only offers a 3000K amber light... it's ugly when lit.

During installation, the provided cutout template was 3/4" off. Placed the sheet perfectly against the wall and centered it. Turns out the entire printing was off by 3/4" so now my cabinet holes are off. Thanks Broan for the poor instation instructions.

Been using it for 4 months now in my renovated kitchen, have no complaints. (However, I did not personally install this unit, can't comment on that part). There are so many options for all appliances, I was happy to just have chosen one to be done with it. The color worked for me, and I like that it's a low-profile design (not too flashy, just minimal). Fan sound is not too high, as many others have noted in their reviews. The 2 brightness options for the light has come more in handy than I expected. And I find it very easy to clean - I use a microfiber cloth, and I don't even add cleaning product if it's just to wipe of dust or a finger print. Overall happy with my purchase.

Had no idea that I could not buy different tone lights. I do not like the warm light color, all my kitchen lights are day light tone so it looks out of place.
