Frigidaire - 18.3 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - Gray

This is my portal, my food universe and I'm very happy to report that it does the job well. I love nothing more than a good fridge, a fridge with some backbone you know. A fridge that isn't afraid to accept a hot bowl of pasta at 3am. Thats what this fridge can do, plus its all metal and it looks super modern which is also nice. While it is a touch on the large side and I'm a tall fellow, its very easy to use too, just open the door! wow! I only have one complaint and that's its kind of annoying to see finger prints on the door, but I covered that up with some lewd anime waifu photos and it was gucci-son.

We are on our second fridge. The first was developing ice in the freezer (not in the way it should) and down into the fridge. This was replaced for us thankfully. Our only real complaint about the appliance is that once its closed, there is so much suction that you have to wait a minute before opening it again, inconvenient, but not the end of the world.

We just had this new fridge delivered today. Already I'm worried about the longevity of the drawers as they feel flimsy. Most annoyingly, the deli drawer won't even stay on the rails with a bit of meat and cheese in it. The price for this was really good, so it is what it is, but it's disappointing to literally have problems on day one.

Had only for month and a half, and the freezer fan is so noisy almost like its bearings are gone and all my main fridge items like jug of water and vegetables in the crisper trays are freezing when the main fridge temp setting is on lowest setting?! How can I get this fixed and or even replaced?

On 2 occasions, I've discovered everything in my freezer completely thawed and fridge simply not cooling anymore, while the light inside the fridge indicates its powered on. Checked the dials still were set properly (never change them from the middle recommended settings), and unplugged for a few hours. Nothing other than the light turns on when I plugged it back in. Expensive to keep replacing my entire freezer contents! Also, from the day it was delivered and I removed the plastic, the freezer door has never stayed closed, so I attached little velcro strap to secure the door closed. Will be contacting the manufacturer tomorrow to ask if it can be serviced! Its only 9 months old
