I appreciated the 2 min timer, and it was extremely light weight, allowing for younger kiddos to easily hold it. The bristles were quite soft which is what is recommended. We had the yellow toothbrush, and it was bright and fun. I would recommend this for kids around 8 years or younger who are still getting the hang of brushing their teeth and getting into a brushing routine. Older kids will find it too soft. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This quip sonic toothbrush made brushing teeth fun for my eight year old daughter! This is her first Sonic type of toothbrush and she loves it! She used to use a little timer and we've been through many different types of brushes but this has been her favorite. I check her teeth after she is done and they look clean and she says they feel squeaky clean too. It is quiet, sleek and I absolutely love the fact that you can stick it on the mirror and it is completely waterproof so you don't have to worry about the batteries getting wet. She likes that it has a built in timer so she knows when to switch areas in her mouth and when she is done. I have attached a picture to show a size comparison next to my adult sized Sonic toothbrush and also her normal kid sized one she used. I am grateful that I have received this toothbrush from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush!

I was given this toothbrush to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and my son (age 4) was very excited to test it out as soon as it arrived. Right out of the box it was ready to go with 1 triple A battery and toothbrush head already in place. My son and I both loved the feel and design of the toothbrush as soon as we opened it. It feels very smooth, which is something I never realized I wanted in a toothbrush, but even my husband commented on how nice it feels. When using the toothbrush, it has a single gentle vibrate mode. I like the gentleness because it keeps the toothpaste and saliva from splattering everywhere when brushing my sons teeth, but my husband questions whether or not it is enough to thoroughly clean the teeth. My son loves it. The toothbrush pulses every 30 seconds to indicate it is time to switch to a new section which has been a great guide for my son so he knows how long to brush each section. One additional thing I think could be helpful would be to have a beep along with the pulses to indicate it is time to switch sections. My son has a small obsession with his teeth. He loves to collect mini toothpastes and toothbrushes from the dentist. He loves mouthwash and floss. Of all the toothbrushes he has collected, this one has become his favorite, so it's a win in his book and my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quip Kids Sonic Battery Toothbrush is very cute. It's incredibly compact and fits easily into my 8 year olds hand. I really liked how it would buzz after 30 seconds to do a different area of the mouth, helping to keep my daughter focused and know how long they should be focusing in on an area. I wish a charger would've been included. I also wish it oscillated a bit more because I didn't feel like it was cleaning her teeth as well as it could have. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quip made a great first impression with their kids' sonic battery toothbrush; the product packaging was inviting and we will definitely be saving the protective plastic tube to use when we travel with this toothbrush! At first I wasn't sure my 4 year old would actually use the quip kids' sonic toothbrush. She was cautiously curious about it when the toothbrush arrived, but since brushing teeth has never been her favorite task, she wasn't immediately sold. Once she turned the quip toothbrush on, she marveled at how it felt fuzzy and tickly, and actually agreed to try brushing with it. This child never wants to brush her own teeth, but this sonic toothbrush (similar to the ones her father and I use) made her feel like a Big Kid. She's used it ever since, and hasn't once asked about her manual toothbrush. As a parent, I like that the quip sonic toothbrush is geared for kids, with a smaller, softer head and a body that easily fits into little hands. While we haven't quite worked up to brushing for two minutes yet, I appreciate that the toothbrush has a built in timer to cue the user to which quadrant of the mouth they should be focusing on. I think that this is a toothbrush that we'll be able to use (obviously replacing the brush heads as needed!) for a long time. While I received this quiq kids' sonic battery toothbrush from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to test out at home with my child, I have a feeling that I will be purchasing a second one as soon as younger child is old enough to use an electric toothbrush, as they are very jealous of their older sibling!
