Samsung - 30" Microwave Combination Wall Oven with WiFi - Stainless Steel

The features on this model is very good, My unit went into trouble (losing power and coming back on at random) after being very good for 18 months. My warranty expired and so did my patience. After 6 weeks of Samsung and their service techs not able to find the problem and no answers, I decided that this was one of their lemons and I junked the unit. It's sitting outside waiting for the deposal company to pick it up. Where is the lemon law when you need it in California?

DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY! Bought in June of 2021 and already not working!! Had to order 2 different parts and have a repairman here twice!! Needless to say will never buy Samsung again!! So disappointed! I have never left a review for any product in my life...

I purchased this unit in January but didn't have it installed until mid March due to kitchen renovations. The unit arrived with physical damage and the microwave stop working less than 2 months after installation. Currently waiting on tech to come to fix. Will post update when I can. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a month of use and so far it's been great. Had this installed in my new home and I don't have one complaint. Moved in days before Christmas baked several things and everything came out perfect. The microwave also has worked as expected.
