Frigidaire - ESTM020-BLUE Stand Mixer - Blue

Purchased this thinking it is from well know Kitchen Appliance company. The build quality is poor and during first run to make dough we noticed the regulator knob is not regulating the speed which is roughly the same from 1 to 8. While returning I saw the label on bottom of the Mixer and I'm suspicious it's a fake product with Frigidair name on it. I checked their website and didn't see this or any mixer listed there.

Very Important: The accessories that we get with this product have a plastic attachments and replacement accesssories are not available in the market. Plastic attachments break very easily and the product is of no use after that. Even at Frigidaire website, they don't mention anything about this mixer. Looks fake to me.

First mixer I have owned. Works very well for what I wanted, but cover does allow flour to be spread in the air and accumulate under the bowl. Hoping to correct this with a home-made cardboard piece at the back. Considering my needs and the cost of many of these machines, just about perfect for me.

Nothing bad to say, it's price is great, I got the retro blue/green matched my microwave. It's 350 watt advertised as 1200W, I knew that wasn't right but it's got 3 attachments, A stainless steel mixing bowl, very nice, I did butter on high for 15 minutes, never overheated. Made some really nice homemade butter!

Tried this out yesterday making a loaf of bread. Was pleased with how well the dough hook worked -- no need to scrape sides of the bowl and the dough was lovely and elastic after five minutes at # 2. I very much like that this is lighter in weight than many other such machines. The suction cup feet on the bottom are probably necessary but a bit bothersome when the machine has to be moved around a lot.
