LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. HE Smart Front Load Washer and 7.4 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer WashTower with Steam and Built-In Intelligence - White

I bought this through lg because it comes with an installation. It's been 3 weeks and 4 visits with their installers and it still isn't installed properly. Lg offered a 1 time inconvenience amount after 1 week but now after 3, I plan on getting my own installers and they are not able to help more. I don't plan on ever buying lg again.

We purchased the LG Washtower on April 7, and the retailer installed on April 13, 2023. The washer makes a loud screeching sound every time the tub changes direction. Contacted retailer who referred us back to LG. Spoke to numerous LG representatives over several weeks/ Per one LG representative, sent videos showing washer noise. Never hear back. The retailer has decided to do an exchange.

Has not performed properly since I purchased it 8 months ago. Wash cycle takes over two hours, soap remains in tub when cycle stops, dryer always takes additional time to dry even small loads. Technicians say nothing wrong even though soap remind after cycle whe no soap was used. Used tub cleaner as recommended but no change. Presidential liaison did not follow up with me even though I sent Tarshunia several pictures. Disgusted with product and service.

Purchased and installed a week ago. After running three loads over that time, today the washer quit mid cycle and will not power back on. The dryer panel works fine, but washer panel is dead. Called support, best advice was to unplug and hope for a reset. No luck. Washer panel is DEAD, DARK. We liked the size and looks of the tower. Very disappointed as I write this. Just noticed other review posted a couple hours ago, same issue. Sounds like a control panel issue. Waiting for call back from a LG tech.

I bought the LG tower and I am so sorry I did. The user has too little control. My previous washer allowed extra rinse on every load...important to me due to very sensitive skin. This washer only allows extra rinse on certain loads. The dryer doesn't allow extra time to be added. My towels were damp at the end of the cycle and every time I tried to restart, dryer shut off. I am so very frustrated that I spent so much money on a product that doesn't come close to meeting my needs.
