I really like these pans. Cheaper disposable pans always need support under them, these do not! They are sturdy enough to hold a double batch of green bean casserole (about 4-5 lbs of ingredients) and are the perfect size for a normal cake mix. If you need sturdy disposable pans, these are what you want!

These 9 X 13 aluminum pans from Handi-Foil are awesome. They are sturdy and made very well. I was able to cut the cake in the pan very nicely. It also has beautiful, rounded edges that add a nice design to the cake. The pans are made with 100% recyclable aluminum, so it is eco friendly as well. I was impressed with this brand and highly recommend any of the variety of sizes.

I always keep a supply of foil pans on hand and I prefer the 9 x 13 cake pans because they are the most versatile. Unless you are making a deep dish lasagna, they work fine for most cakes and casseroles. They are the best when you want to give a dessert or casserole to a neighbor or friend and save everyone the hassle of getting a pan back. To test the Handi-foil pan, my daughter and I made a honeybun cake. After pouring the cake mix in the pan, my daughter enjoyed using a dinner knife to swirl in honey, brown sugar and cinnamon. The pan held up well to the knife and swirling. We baked the cake as directed. The pan was sturdy and didn't require a sheet pan underneath for stability. It baked up moist and delicious although it required a few extra minutes in the oven. We enjoyed some at home and the next morning, I took it to share with my coworkers. When it was gone, it could simply be tossed in the conference room trash. No clean up required and no dirty pan to tote home. These pans are economical and convenient and I can definitely recommend this product as something to have on hand at your home.

I like to use these foil pans when making dishes I need to take on the go, or even when I need a large pan that is going to end up with a good amount of grease left afterwards. When you use for a potluck you do not need to worry about getting your pan back and when you use at home, just throw some old newspaper or paper towels in the pan to sop up the grease and then toss in the trash. I love it when there is no clean up. They are heavy duty but you need to use two hands when getting them out of the oven.

These foil cake pans work really well. They are very sturdy better than other brands. I used one to make a casserole and the other for cake. They both came out perfectly. These pans were perfect for bringing food to drop off for my grandparents. I like how they are eco friendly. I will be buying more of these for the holiday season.
