If this Breville bread maker gives me the same service as my previous model I will be very happy
I have never made bread before, but I'm making bread and feeling like a baker! I am hoping that I will not have to buy processed, store-bought bread ever again! My advice is to read the instructions and start with the Basic bread recipe. Also, invest in a kitchen scale, because weighing your ingredients is more accurate than scooping flour into your measuring cup. I highly recommend this bread maker.
Easy to use. It's difficult to screw up if you follow the simple recipes and there are plenty of them on the internet. Throw all the ingredients in the pot, set the type of bread you want , push start and forget it. I haven't bought a loaf of bread in the last 3-4 months.
It's too early really, but you are asking for feedback. So far I have made two loaves, using commercial bread mixes. Both have been slightly underdone and I will see how this can be modified.
It takes a little time and attention to thoroughly acquaint ones self with set and use of the Breville Custom Loaf Pro, but to do so really pays off; making perfect, "pro" bread, is a real loaf.
