Tasty Bite Kashmir Spinach, 10 Oz

I have tasted at least 6 of the tasty bite products, used with rice and they have an excellent flavor. However the product with spinach and paneer was vile. I seriously doubt any person, other than an individual who needed sustenance to survive would like this product, or a person with no taste buds may tolerate its acrid flavor. All of the other tasty bite Indian masala meals are excellent. For the sake of not being masochistic the supplier should remove this item from their inventory.

It's not good. I like some other flavors but this one is not edible. Not like palak paneer or saag paneer. Just skip this unless they reformulate it. It is thin, acidic, and the paneer cubes are small and they dissolve. Should be removed from the market.

I will confess to relying on these packets far too much. Yes, the paneer is very small, so I typically supplement with an egg. And no it's not home-made. These are for convenience not culinary accomplishment. But that said, I find this Kashmiri Spinach (now apparently Spinach & Paneer) really tasty, especially served with basmati and a bit of hot oil or spicy sauce. (It is best when served *very* hot, which means it should heat for longer than the pouch says, but not so much that pouch leaks.) This is just a great go-to product for those days when I don't have leftovers ready for lunch. Or even when I do.

The best saag paneer I've ever had outside of a restaurant.

Love all other products, but this one was a major disappointment. Color is off. Flavor is off. Text is off (very watery). There were only 5 paneer in a bag.
