I don't feel a good feeling yet.
This product helps my stress level and brings me to a more stable mindset.
My man swears by this supplement. he has a very high-risk, high-stress job and instead of coming home and drinking... he takes this to help him relax and decompress.
This stuff works as advertised.
I have tried other supplements to lesson my anxious moments but L-Theanine seems to take the edge off. If I'm feeling uptight, I usually take two or three capsules and that helps relieve my anxiety. I have been satisfied with the product and would recommend it for treating anxiety and also for relaxation. Plus there aren't any side affects
