Frigidaire - Gallery 21.7 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Black Stainless Steel

I bought this fridge 8 months ago. The crisper drawer rollers have all broken, the ice maker fan builds up with ice and is extremely noisy, the ice maker drips water down the front and leaves puddles on my hardwood floor, the freezer drawer has to be closed forcfully to ensure the seal is tight otherwise the freezer build up with ice crystals. I'm not happy with this purchase and will avoid Frigidaire products in the future.

Well... I think I learned my lesson. Like many reviews before mine, my fridge: 1. Freezes food in the refrigerator, 2. Has broken crisper drawer rails, 3. Essentially no warranty I even purchased the extended warranty! Just got off the phone with customer service to figure out how to go about getting the crisper drawer rails replaced under warranty. I was told that the warranty "does not cover cosmetic issues". I would certainly understand this, however, the wheel-guides breaking off due to poor/weak design does not constitute a "cosmetic issue", but very much a function one. The person I spoke with refused to even discuss the functionality of the appliance, stating that "the warranty only covers issues that relate to the appliance turning on or off". She then forwarded my call to her supervisor, which turned out to be a message saying that no one could take my call. If this is the way customer service works with Electrolux/Frigidaire, I will certainly remember this experience and never purchase another one of their products again. I look forward to resolving this with Frigidaire, but will seek alternative recourse if necessary.

Purchased a brand new construction house and this was provided by the builder. IT NEVER STOPS RUNNING???? I can't understand it. Also at randoms times it makes a loud "pop" sound. No idea. Crazy. I have long ago turned off the ice maker thinking it was that. It is not. We will eventually replace this appliance. This is one to pass on. Highly do NOT recommend. 11 months ago I gave the refrigerator a 3 star review. Since then it just gets worse. I do not like that there is not any cold water from the dispenser and that food inside the refrigerator will freeze if near ( not close) the vents. In turn that cuts down the space in the refrigerator. It is by far the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned, at times it sounds like a C- 130 taking off But that is not the worst thing about the refrigerator within the 1st year the plastic around one of the rollers on the crisper drawer broke. I called Frigidaire and I was told that it was not covered under the warranty. A month after that another roller fell off on the other.crisper drawer. Drawers are very cheap plastic. I am 70 years old and I have alot of refrigerators and this is the worst by far that I have ever owned

We bought the fridge almost two and a half years ago .I agree we the Rest of the reviews I'm going to add that the inside of the fridge it's POORLY!!!!Made !!!!!The baskets are from low quality plastic and no sturdy!!!!Plus the arms that hold the baskets broke and we need to replace them .And one of the door selves is cracked!!!!!
