Unpacking very heavy one square box it was very obvious SERTA sent me a sofa that was actually a RETURNED SOFA and resold to me !!! The color is not cream white it's a dirty looking grayish tan and assembly is a NIGHTMARE the cushions need to be stuffed into the cushion covers that turn out to look lumpy and one foam cushion sits lopsided on the sofa ! BIG Mistake buying this worthless sofa with no returnable options because to get the sofa out of the box you have to destroy the tiny box it's STUFFED IN !!! I'm too ashamed to keep this lumpy lopsided looking sofa in my living room ! WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA and SHAME ON SERTA for ripping people off selling this RETURNED JUNK !!!!
THis one is not bad. One thing I noticed was the cushion for the back is not like in the picture. So I put it in our Family room where my adult kids hang out when they visit and watch tv....
The sofa itself is nice but the foam came very distorted and hard and makes the cushions look and shape very bad. It gets when you sit on it because the cushions naturally droop when you sit on it. Very disappointed in the way this came.
The sofa comes in a box half the size of the sofa. My daughter and I were able to put it together fairly easily. I'm using it to stage a condo for sale (it was cheaper to buy this sofa than to pay to rent one for staging) and the sofa looks beautiful. Nice light colour too.
I have to give 1 star to write this review. The sponge in cushions to sit did not expand as promised. So it is not possible to sit on the sofa, you can feel springs sticking into your bottoms. I like color and fabric but it is useless forniture since you can not sit on it.
