Its good for toning up but not for bulking up. It only took about 1.5 hrs to put together. Dont use the crappy tools they send in the box use real tools. You want to use box end open wrenches, rachets, and screw drivers.

fed ex is the worst delivery service, make sure to have yoru own tools, the tools provided to assemble dont help with the screws. Machine works okay, not worth the money, should be cheaper
Very straightforward to follow the instructions and assemble. Great quality and just what I was looking for in home work out equipment. Kudos to Walmart it arrived on time as promised.
