All4Stages Slim+ 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat (Baker Gray)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say I love this car seat for a number of reasons. I drive a 4 door sports sedan (hey I'm not like a regular mom, I'm a cool mom) and I was worried about how this would fit, if at all. I'm coming off the Doona which anyone knows is extremely compact and works so well with every type of space. Well I have to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this 4 in 1 convertible seat because it's made me forget how devastated I was to say goodbye to our Doona. It fits amazingly in my car!! The description says it's slim... they did not lie!!! It also doesn't weigh a ton which I think every parent out there can appreciate it. Bulky and heavy are NOT in! My daughter seems super comfortable with the plush headrest and the adjustable straps that are really easy to work with. If I have any complaints it would be that setup is a bittricky as we used the Latch system, and it actually became frustrating after awhile. However, once it was installed it was a tight fir and the sear doesn't budge... that really makes it all worth it right??! Overall, I would definitely recommend this seat to a friend as it's budget friendly and still gets the job done which is protecting the precious cargo: our kiddos!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this car seat for my 18 month old and plan to continue using it rather than a similar version from a competitor's brand that I've previously used. It was fairly easy to install, not much more involved than a typical convertible seat these days. The cup holders were a little difficult to get on, but thankfully you only have to do that once. The cup holder accessory was a nice addition, as was the sun shade, although I think that would only be useful for an infant. I also enjoy the ease of raising the shoulder straps as my baby gets taller. The spots to hold the straps off to the side were also very convenient and easy to use when getting baby in and out. Way easier than having to match up magnets to get the straps to stick, or having to insert the clips into something to keep them out of the way. So far the straps have been easy to loosen and tighten, although the one strap did twist inside the clip on one side so I had to fix that. The slim design is nice and similar to competitor's versions of this seat. I like that the cup holders don't stick out too much. I also like that this seat will be able to adapt as my child gets bigger. I could even use it for my 4 year old as the weight requirements permit his size. It has a simple, attractive design. I was nervous at first about the areas that stick out by baby's head because they seemed very restrictive, but my toddler hasn't seemed to care either way. My only complaint is that sometimes it can be difficult to get my baby in, because she's rear-facing and there's not much space between the side of the seat and the back of the car to fit her between. I like the Evenflo All4Stages Slim 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat primarily because it's both versatile and helps me save space so my other kids aren't cramped in the car. Compared to the other car seats I've used, it's definitely more compact. Highlights for me, beyond the compact benefit: I like that it goes from infant (rear/forward-facing) to booster stage (with and without the back), which makes it last a long time. I also really like the canopy and the reclining capability. My little one seems comfortable and doesn't complain, so that's also a win! The only downside was I found the harness a little harder to adjust, but I didn't have a challenge installing it. Overall, it's a really great option when squeezing multiple kids into my SUV, and I'm very happy with it! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my child and don't want him to grow up faster than he needs to, but I can't wait for the day I can be done with car seats. Once I have a car seat installed in my car, I never touch it again. I received the All Stages Slim Car Seat from Stellar Products and I had to eat those words. This was so simple to install and fit seamlessly in the backseat of my car. It's typically hard for the person next to the car seat to reach the seatbelt buckle, but with this slim design, that isn't a problem anymore because it is visible for the other passengers. The head piece of the car seat looked a bit big and clunky and my 3 year old said he didn't like it. I watched him fall asleep shortly into his first ride with the car seat. It gave me a lot of comfort to see him sleep and not have his head bent in a goofy position. He seemed so much safer and supported than I had seen before. We tend to take a lot of road-trips and I can see this being our new go-to car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it has been an amazing option for our family! Our 12-month old rides in the middle of the backseat of our 4-door sedan, so this car seat's smaller profile has been much appreciated as we can actually recline our front seats now. The slimmer width seems most noticeable in the headrest, which keeps my toddler's head fairly snug - perfect for naps so her head isn't bopping all over the place, but I do wonder if her huge noggin will outgrow it sooner than the age/weight restrictions (not a problem since we can still use it as a booster). Setup was simple and installation was straightforward. We opt for the lower latch anchors if we're not planning to remove the car seat, but we've also used the seatbelt installation for a quick trip in the grandparents' car. The sun canopy is an AMAZING addition - not so much for blocking out the sun since we have tinted windows, but my girl finds it HILARIOUS to open and close and has entertained her on some longer drives!
