Whirlpool 7.0 cu ft Top Load Electric Dryer

Dryer does not get hot it goes on amd then turns off. brand new!! not acceptable. please contact me. Advise me on what youre going to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a top load dryer but a front load dryer as the picture shows with a door which opens down to make a shelf. I looked at many dryers for this feature and this was the reason for buying the Whirlpool dryer and their washer. The clothes seem to dry in less time also, probably because of the moisture sensing and not using a timer the way my old dryer did. I heard that Whirlpool may discontinue making dryers with shelf doors. I hope that isn't the case.
