We use our “greenhouse” as a sunroom. We have two patio heaters in it for colder nights. It is one of those purchases that we would make one hundred times over! We looked at adding a sunroom over an existing patio before we discovered our sunroom. We cannot be happier AND saved 50K…..

I've been so pleased with my Royal Victorian greenhouse. I can now put big pots of agave inside for the winter, instead of buying new ones. We started seeds inside for plants that butterfly caterpillars eat, and we now get so many butterflies! It's been a wonderful addition to our home and garden. It's attractive to look at as well. In addition, the service from Exaco has been excellent. Whenever we needed anything, they rushed it to us right away. They've been both helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I purchased this Greenhouse last year. It is solid and very attractive addition to yard. I purchased with the polycarbonate panels. These panels did not allow for the louver side window but they did give me an extra roof window. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow. Read the instructions ahead to ensure a step isn't missed.

I have had this for a year now and its been fine for me once assembled in place. I would strongly recommend 2 or 3 people to erect it, and study BOTH the paper instructions and the video before ever starting. I am normally pretty good at assembling things with good instructions but this one had me wailing and gnashing my teeth, so to speak. I kept muttering that the Belgians who wrote the instructions must have a far different thought process than Americans do. This MUST be assembled in the right order to work, and there are a number of times where instructions say something like " Now do step B,...... but dont forget to be sure that you have done B minus first" when there had never been instructions to do B minus in order. So I would have B done and then find out I had to undo it to do the preliminary B minus. Great frustrations to build but great enjoyment to use. And the people were great with ordering extra parts when I later damaged a piece.

I bought several months ago. I was extremely happy with the delivery (note: will only deliver to your driveway)... everything intact, no missing parts. EVERTHING FITS TOGETHER PERFECTLY! The assembly instructions are picture based and mostly understandable, some take a little longer to decipher than others. Some engineering or construction experience is helpful -- I wouldn't recommend for a total novice. The on-line videos can also be helpful. You will need to have a level foundation for the frame, but note that your corners will need to be anchored into the foundation. The glass panels are a bit awkward to handle... you'll need 2 persons to install the roof panels. I am using my 12' x 19' green house as a spa room with plants, water fountain, bistro table, music, and hot tub and lovin' it.
