after putting the pool together for the 1st time and filling it with water, the sides started to bow out like it was going to cave in and all the water spilled out. So, we emptied all the water and made sure we had the pool together correctly, and we did as per instructions, we filled the pool again, but did it in stages. so every few inches filled, we made sure all the legs were at the right place and tweeked them if needed. and after a full day of that, it bowed again... we even tapped around the brackets to the legs, so we knew exactly where the center was. I had the previous yrs model for 3 seasons and never had this kind of problem. I'm about to take it down and return and try a different brand. oh, and my husband even built a support to brace the legs from trying to break.

I purchased this pool, and when we received the pool. It came in damaged on the seam. Then when I reported it back to the company. They wanted me to continue filling up the pool to get pictures for them. Even though the pool just leaked out the water costing me over $250.00 each time I filled it up to get their pictures. And now that I've paid for all that the pool needs to function properly, since it wasn't included with the pool. And now that I'm over 500.00$ into a water bill that the company isn't going to pay for over a couple of 50 cent photos. This company still hasn't made any effort to replace or refund anything. They aren't even keeping in contact now. So now that I'm 1000.00$ in debt, with a broken product. I'm not very satisfied with my purchase. And will never purchase from this company again.

Says "kids" but there is enough room for 4 adults to float or submerge to beat the hot summers in the southern states on a budget. Wish it came with a cover. All other accessories like steps, filter pump, chemicals, and cleaning tools are separate and start adding up.

Kind of confusing to set up at first but was quick when I got it down. We have had it up for about 2 weeks now and my son and I have been in here it almost daily. It’s a great size and a fun way to cool off. About the company’s customer service though… I ordered this pool, a pump, and a cover all at the same time (from the same seller) and the pool never shipped - even though all 3 said they were shipped at the exact same time and from the exact same location. I got the pump and cover but the pool still showed that it hadn’t been picked up. Dealing with their customer service was difficult and I couldn’t get anyone to help me for over a week. Finally, they got me a new one sent out from another warehouse and it arrived a few days later.

After researching the best above ground pool and reading the reviews of people who bought it, I felt pretty confident in having a good experience with my purchase. This pool was easy enough to set up and took only 2 hours to fill, but 4 hours later noticed water around the left side of pool. The area where pool was laid had been thoroughly swept and outdoor carpet laid underneath pool, to prevent puncture. We found no holes, at first, until we emptied out all 600 gallons of water to find the tear in the bottom of the pool. I am SO disappointed that I was one of a small handful of people who ended up with a defective liner right out of the box! I have already requested my refund and have it ready to be shipped back. BEWARE! You could be one of the few who wastes your time and WATER on this pool!
