A factory-installed lock offers additional security. Its reach-in design allows convenient user access to the interior, with seven adjustable U-shaped steel tray holders that can be rearranged on cantilevered clips to accommodate a variety of sizes. This unit comes with seven aluminum half-sheet pans, ideal for storing beverages and other sealed items. Seven chrome shelves are also included for user convenience. The digital control panel is conveniently located towards the top, allowing staff to adjust the temperature without bending to the floor. The readout can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
