The charging connector is USB-C. The picture on Walmart website, and on JLab site both show USB-A charging connector. Now I know why they were cheap. you would need to buy another charger to use them. They should have provided an adapter. I will be returning.
Whoever decided to change the cord to a USB C output plug that needs to be plugged into a computer or cell phone should be fired. If these don't work perfectly, I'm returning it. The vast majority of the reviews are for a product that no longer exists. Once you factor in the adaptor you need to buy to charge these-which isn't included- 15$ is added to the purchase. This is the reason why Walmart should delete a manufacturers reviews if they make changes to the product. The listing should say "WARNING: 99% of Americans do not have the adapter necessary to charge this product."
These ear buds are underwhelming. I’ve purchased them twice now, on Black Friday, to have a pair for work, so I don’t have to worry about losing my AirPods. Their sound quality isn’t that great, even with the bass boost; gives off that muffled outside-a-concert vibe. I struggled sometimes to get them out of the charging case, which is annoying. The first pair quit charging after like three or four months of use, rendering them useless. So I purchased them again, and the left earbud didn’t work at all, so I returned them. I guess they’re ok, if you want to try a cheap pair of earbuds like this, to see if you’d even like them, but I’d wait until they’re on sale to even try them. But overall, I won’t be repurchasing, and wouldn’t recommend them.
I have bought these over and over again, for myself and as gifts to my loved ones. These earbuds can go weeks without needing to charge the case (the case charges the earbuds every time you insert them, just like most other Bluetooth earbuds). Very reliable, and good quality sound, too. Definitely recommend.
It’s trash, I see why it was $20. You have to forget device and repair it every time you switch earbuds and most of the time it takes multiple tries to pair. I got a second pair as a gift and I know he will be disappointed because they are the exact same.
